Longview Park Slope
For Longview Park Slope, a 17-story residential building in Brooklyn, NY, our team was commissioned to fabricate and install the custom architectural millwork throughout the building’s amenity spaces and public interiors. The goal was to create a cohesive, elevated environment that balanced contemporary luxury with warmth, durability, and refined detailing across a variety of shared spaces.
Our solution:
We fabricated and installed custom millwork throughout the building’s amenity areas, including media lounges, a golf simulator lounge, reception and entry spaces, corridors, and kitchenette areas. The project incorporated a wide range of materials and architectural features, including custom wall paneling, integrated banquettes, decorative ceiling designs, and detailed trim elements throughout.
A defining feature of the corridors was the use of CNC-cut lattice paneling paired with custom metal portals, creating rhythm, depth, and visual continuity throughout the circulation spaces. In the amenity lounges, layered finishes, custom built-ins, and integrated seating helped create spaces that feel both sophisticated and inviting while standing up to the demands of daily use in a high-traffic residential environment.
The finished project delivers a refined collection of amenity spaces that elevate the resident experience through thoughtful detailing, architectural consistency, and high-end craftsmanship throughout the building.
