The Moise Safra Center, a cultural, educational, recreational, and spiritual facility on the Upper East Side Manhattan, required the same attention to detail and creative approaches that CWF has come to be known for, and what McGowan Construction has come to rely on.

Highly customized engineered hardware, out of the box creativity, extremely high-level security required Kevlar and bulletproof glass doors and reception desk. Keeping the high-end design elements necessary for the project while incorporating the security requirements was an exciting opportunity for us. We were able to meet numerous accelerated completion milestones on this large projected that included two synagogues, gym, pool, fitness area, yoga room, kitchen and culinary training room, art room, mobile Teva platform, Hekhal with 14' bronze doors with custom-engineered sliding hardware, creation of unique textures and finishers required by designer
